Royal Invites by Marcus Studios creates personalised digital wedding invitations. Royal Ivory is our first design. Orders, questions, and revisions are discussed through our business WhatsApp. No customer account or website checkout is required.
Pricing and agreed scope
Royal Ivory is priced at ₹5,000 with no discounts. Additional services, new features, or substantial design changes require scope review and a separate quote. We confirm your order’s scope, payment arrangements, and delivery schedule in WhatsApp before work begins.
Details and content
You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, timings, venues, directions, photographs, and other material you want to include. Please provide content that you own or have permission to use. Tell us if any information is uncertain so that it can be clarified before approval.
Preview and approval
Review the invitation preview carefully, including the spelling of names, event details, links, and photographs. Approval applies to the specific version you review. A later version requires a new approval. Let us know clearly in WhatsApp when you approve a version for delivery or sharing.
Revisions and included edits
Edits within the agreed scope are included until your wedding date. Substantial layout changes, extra services, or new features are reviewed separately before any additional work or charge is agreed. The original design theme remains separate from your personalised invitation.
Delivery and availability
Delivery is digital, through an invitation link and forwarding material provided on WhatsApp after approval. Timing depends on the agreed scope, complete content, and review responses. We confirm the schedule in chat. There is no physical shipment. Hosting duration beyond the included edit period should be confirmed for your order; we do not offer a blanket lifetime-hosting promise.
Sharing your invitation
Guest links can be forwarded. Include only details you want your guests and anyone they forward the link to to view. Third-party services and internet availability may affect access. If you notice a service issue, contact us so that we can investigate.
Cancellation and refunds
See our cancellation and refund information. Order-specific arrangements are confirmed before work begins and do not remove applicable consumer rights.
