After you approve the invitation version, we provide your invitation link and a ready-to-forward WhatsApp message with couple imagery as agreed for your order. Your guests can open the invitation in a browser without creating an account.
Where delivery happens
We deliver through the WhatsApp conversation used for your order. Please confirm the correct receiving number if someone else is coordinating your invitation.
Schedule
We confirm timing on WhatsApp after reviewing your requirements and receiving the necessary details and photographs. Missing information, changes to the agreed scope, and time taken to review a preview may affect that schedule.
Edits after delivery
Edits within the agreed scope are included until the wedding date. A revised invitation version needs your approval. Speak to us about any requirements for hosting after the wedding.
No physical shipping
This is a digital service. We do not ship printed invitations or physical goods as part of the Royal Ivory offer.
