Requesting a cancellation
Contact us as soon as you wish to cancel. Include your name, the WhatsApp number used for the order, and enough information to identify the invitation. We will check the stage of the work and the arrangements confirmed for your order.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed against the agreed order terms, the work completed, and applicable consumer rights. There is no automatic refund decision or online cancellation tool on this website. We will explain the outcome through the support conversation before taking further steps.
If something is wrong
If the delivered invitation differs from the version you approved or you encounter a service issue, send the relevant details or screenshots. We will review the concern and discuss the appropriate correction or resolution.
