Information you share
When you contact us or request an invitation, we may receive your WhatsApp number and profile information, messages, wedding details, names, dates, event and venue information, photographs, voice notes, screenshots, feedback, and approval records. Please share only material you have permission to use, including photographs and information about other people.
Why we use it
- To answer questions and discuss the design and scope of your invitation.
- To create your invitation, provide previews, make revisions, record approvals, and deliver your link.
- To provide support and the edits included in your agreed scope.
- To maintain service records and help secure our systems.
Your invitation and its link
The details and photographs you approve for your invitation are intended to be visible to its viewers. Anyone who receives or is forwarded the invitation link may view it and share it further. Avoid including private information that you do not want guests to see. Internal intake messages, private evidence, and order history are kept separate from guest invitation files.
Services involved
Conversations take place through WhatsApp, provided by Meta. Our website and invitation infrastructure use Cloudflare hosting and storage. Internal service tools may be hosted on Hostinger. These providers process information needed to provide their services, under their own terms and privacy notices. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver and secure the service.
AI-assisted processing
Customer-facing automated AI processing is being prepared and is not currently enabled through this website. If we enable AI processing of customer content, this notice will identify the relevant providers and purpose before that processing is introduced. Human support and review may be part of your order.
Retention and deletion
We keep service information while it is needed to prepare, deliver, host, and support your invitation and maintain relevant service records. The included edit period runs until the wedding date; it is not a promise of permanent hosting or an automatic deletion date. Ask us about your order’s hosting arrangements or request deletion through our support channels.
To request access, correction, or deletion, follow the data-deletion and privacy request instructions. We verify that a request relates to your information before acting. Copies other people have downloaded or forwarded, and records controlled by WhatsApp or other providers, may need to be managed separately.
Website storage and tracking
This website has no customer login, booking form, or payment checkout. We have not added advertising pixels or website analytics. Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, where that service’s policies apply. Browser and hosting features needed to load and secure pages may still process technical information.
